The bill (Reg. No. 1181) proposes to cancel the fine of three-five minimum wages of citizens and correctional labor for up to one month with twenty percent of income deductions.
The project proposes to determine that the domestic violence should entail 30-40 hours of public work or administrative arrest for a period up to five days.
Members of the Committee deem the implementation of such sort of penalty as fine was unjustified.
